Symphony Builders receives financing for Lucerne Lakes -The Palm Beach Post, October 3rd & 4th, 2003 - Real Estate Weekend Advertising Section Symphony Builders has received $6.885 million in construction financing for Lucerne Lakes, a 70-unit condominium and villa project west of Lake Worth. The financing was provided by SunTrust Bank. Symphony Builders will break ground this month on the $10 million project and expects to complete it by next summer. Prices for the residences will start in the $140,000s. With more than 1,000 homes sold over the past 10 years and more than $250 million in sales, Symphony Builders has built residences in many South Florida communities, including Park Place, Sable Pass, Coral Creek, Grand Isle, Addison Estates, The Isles, The Tides, and The Breezes in Coral Springs, In the Pine in Parkland, and Avalon and Regatta at Mission Bay in Boca Raton. To visit Lucerne Lakes, take Florida's Turnpike to Lake Worth Exit 93. Go east to Lucerne Lakes Boulevard and turn right. Proceed one-half mile to the blue Lucerne Point sign and turn right.
