SYMPHONY BUILDERS’ HOMEBUILDING PERFECTION PROGRAM Symphony Builders’ Homebuilding Perfection Program is designed to ensure that your new home surpasses all of your expectations beginning the day you move in and continuing for as long as you own your home. The following procedures and standards have been put in place in order to achieve this goal: Upon a home’s completion, a Service Representative prepares the home for the first walk through one week prior to closing. The goal of this inspection is to ensure zero defects by closing. At the walk through stage, if a customer finds additional items to be repaired, Symphony Builders will make any final repairs at closing. The next walk-through is scheduled 30 days after closing so homeowners have a chance to settle in and discover anything they may have missed at closing. Symphony will even retouch paint on walls that may have been damaged during move-in. What sets Symphony Builders apart from other homebuilders is the 11-month walk-through. Here homeowners have one last opportunity to inspect their home to have any necessary repairs made, even if it is as minor as replacing a cracked tile. This final walk-through is an excellent example of Symphony’s commitment to quality homes and exemplary customer service.
